Tickets Will Be Sold At the Door on June 12th from 11:45AM to 2PM for $50 CASH Each. TICKETS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND!! FIRST COME/FIRST SERVED. there will be 150 tickets for sale on 6/12!!

The 40th Reunion/Event Committee of the John Dewey HS Alumni Association in conjunction with Eventbrite.com is pleased to offer Online Ticketing for the June 12th, 2010 (Sat) Reunion and Event celebrating 40 years of John Dewey High School.
Admission price includes:
- Entertainment (music, karaoke and dancing for the adults, balloon maker, face painting for the kids!)
- Complete BBQ (chicken, hamburgers, vegetarian, side dishes, etc), beverages and desserts.
- A portion of the proceeds will be donated to John Dewey High School and the John Dewey High School Alumni Association

Please print out your ticket confirmation and bring it with you the day of the event as your admission"E-Ticket" for each person in your party.

Mission Statement: To preserve and promote the philosophy of the Dewey experiment to benefit all generations of students who attend the school. To create a permanent and ongoing relationship between the alumni and the current students and faculty in order to provide mentorship and scholarship; to make archives available with the purpose of providing the tools with which to learn more about the “Dewey Experience” as it once was and to help shape it as it evolves.

We encourage attendees to use mass transit where possible. John Dewey HS is served by the "D" West End Line at Bay 50th Street and the B-64 Bus at Harway and Stillwell Avenues.
Attendees from within NYC, Long Island, Westchester and New Jersey should consider mass transit to help minimize the amount of vehicle traffic to the school.
Parking will be limited on school grounds to approximately 250 cars. There is free street parking in the areas near the school with no alternate side of the street parking restrictions on Saturday. More info on parking and transit will be forthcoming.
